Tournament Fee: $750
Deposit: $200 within 10 days

Refund Policy
If less than 30 day notification is given teams will forfeit the 25% deposit.
Registration Deposit: Within 10 Days from Registration 25% Deposit is required to confirm your spot in the tournament. Balance of payment will be due 30 days prior to the tournament. Deposit amount is 25% of tournament fee prior to any Hotel or Early Registration discounts.

Hotel Discount
Each Team staying at the Kalahari Resorts or tournament host
hotel will receive an additional $100.00 off the Tournament
Registration fee with confirmation of stay at the Kalahari resort.

Early Registration: All Teams that register at least 45 Days prior to Tournament weekend will receive an additional 10% discount with 50% deposit due within 10 days of registration.
